"Comfy couch, but mine showed up a little dinged"
I really like the couch overall, even though I was kind of annoyed when it arrived with a small dent from delivery. It looks nice and feels comfortable, so part of me wants to say it was totally worth it, but the damage did take away from the excitement a bit. That said, customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort things out, which made the whole thing less frustrating.

"I had an issue with my chair..."
I had an issue with my chair and figured it might turn into a whole thing, but the warranty covered it and, i was surprised how smooth it was. The repair guy came out, fixed it quickly, and that was it. Super easy experience.

"Fine overall, just a bit late"
The delivery was okay, not amazing. I mostly paid attention to whether the boxes showed up in good shape, and thankfully nothing was damaged. The guys were polite, but they got here later than I expected and seemed like they were in a hurry. Not a terrible experience, just could’ve been smoother.

"Felt a bit misled, but they did respond fast"
I had a question about my order and customer service did get back to me the same day, which I appreciated. It took a little back and forth to sort things out, and I felt kind of misled at first because the order details weren’t as clear as I expected. They did help me in the end, but the whole thing could’ve been more straightforward.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
The return itself was easy, which I appreciated, but getting the refund was a whole different story. It took way too long, and every time I checked in, it felt like they were making it my problem to chase down instead of just handling it. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating

"Setup was oddly easier than I expected"
I ordered from American Signature Furniture, i was kind of suspicious at first because furniture setup usually turns into some kind of headache. But the parts were packed well, nothing was missing, and I kept checking the box like, “Really? That’s it?”
Assembly still took a bit of time, but the directions were clear enough to follow without getting too frustrated. Once it was all together, it felt sturdy and looked how I hoped it would, so I’ve got to admit it turned out better than I expected.

"The Great Backorder Waiting Game"
I knew it was on backorder, so I was prepared to wait a bit, but wow... it started to feel like I was sending messages into the void. The main issue wasn’t even the delay itself, it was the lack of updates. A quick check-in here and there would’ve made the whole saga feel a lot less mysterious.

"Easy online order no hassle"
Ordered a sofa online last week and it was simple. The site didn’t freeze or act weird, checkout made sense, and I liked being able to choose the delivery date right there
Got the confirmation emails pretty much right away too, and finding my order info was easy. No problems so far, kinda better than I expected

I picked up a sofa and a dining set here, they looked nicer than I expected for the price. Delivery went smoothly too, so I don’t really have any complaints. Feels like I got my money’s worth, which is all you can ask for, right?

"At first I thought it was holding up..."
At first I thought it was holding up okay, like nothing amazing but good enough. Then quickly it started sagging, and my attitude changed fast. I went from “this is fine” to “yeah, not impressed.”

"Honestly, the deal felt almost too good"
I found a sofa I actually loved, and when I saw the sale price, I pretty much had to do a double take. Like, I was fully prepared to emotionally recover from the cost, and then it ended up being way better than I expected. There was a promo on top of it too, which made the total feel so much less painful. Checkout was super easy, and I wasn’t digging through random pages forever trying to find a discount code. I’m weirdly excited about how much I saved

"Delivery updates felt a little off"
I had a feeling the delivery info wasn’t really lining up, so I ended up calling twice just to get a clearer update. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the updates could definitely be easier to follow

"Sales staff just didn’t seem interested"
I asked a few basic questions while I was there, and the sales staff acted like I was bothering them. They didn’t really try to help or give much information, which was frustrating. I expected better customer service, and that part was weird.

"Helpful staff, but the wait was annoying"

"They had the sofa, but I still had a few complaints"
I had already checked a few other places and, it was kind of annoying how hard it was to find the sofa I wanted in stock. American Signature actually had it available, which was a relief, but I still wish the whole furniture shopping process wasn’t such a hassle. Ordering was easy enough, though I kept worrying something would get delayed because that seems to happen everywhere. Thankfully, I didn’t have to wait forever for it to show up. The sofa looks good and I’m happy with it overall, even if I still feel like the whole process could’ve been smoother

"Not gonna lie, I’m really happy with..."
Not gonna lie, I’m really happy with the sofa and coffee table I got from American Signature. Both feel super solid, and the sofa fabric is soft without feeling cheap. The coffee table is actually heavier than I expected, in a good way. I’ve had them for a few weeks now and everything still looks great, so overall I’m pleased with the purchase.
